Position Purpose

Managers are responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the restaurant to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and service to maximize profits through outstanding guest service. 

We are a fast paced restaurant that strives to deliver the finest in food, beverage and service of the highest standards. We are lucky enough to be one of the most beautiful spots in the world and we strive to live up to it in everything that we do.

Essential Functions - What will you be doing?

- Overseeing hiring and rentention for your department

- Overseeing the guest experience for the restaurant and ensuring quality standards are met

- Training new staff to our standards

- Reporting on assigned line items and controlling costs 

- Assisting the GM in other duties as assigned



What are we looking for?

·      High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in restaurant management. Have knowledge of overall business management.

·      Computer Skills: Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with POS system. Must have an aptitude to learn new computer systems.

·      Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with guests and employees, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and to collect accurate information and to resolve problems. 

·      Complete Manager Training Program.

·      Experience with supervision of employees required. 

·      Other Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age

·      Good communication

·      Interpersonal skills

-    County of Maui Liquor Card

-    TB Clearance or ability to obtain prior to employment
